Small Giants Water initiative by the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board is a turning point not only on a personal level for me, but also in the way tourist boards approach their work. This one-of-a-kind initiative in Croatia brings together resource stewardship, local community involvement, and the shaping of destination identity through one vital resource - drinking water.
I run training sessions and workshops for small tourism entrepreneurs who are just beginning to shape their story or adopt new ways of working.
The focus is on everyday business operations, marketing, and applied sustainability. I am also open to collaborating with educational institutions.
