In every project, I look for the spark of an idea that can create meaningful, positive change. I believe tourism has the power to strengthen communities and preserve local identity – when developed with purpose and responsibility.
Among the projects and collaborations I especially value are the Small Giants Water initiative by the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board, Restaurant Ambar Slunj, the positioning strategy for Seketin holiday homes, Marunuša, a socially responsible travel agency, and Sunčani apartments Zagreb.

Small Giants Water represents a turning point not only in my own professional journey, but also in the way destination organizations approach tourism development. This one-of-a-kind initiative in Croatia brings together resource awareness, local community involvement, and destination identity through one vital element — drinking water.
Through workshops, mentorship, and individual consulting sessions, I support small tourism entrepreneurs in shaping their story, strengthening their presence, and adapting to new ways of working.
Topics include everyday business operations, marketing, and practical approaches to sustainability. I am also open to collaborations with tourist boards and educational institutions.
